Referral Representative

We're seeking driven sales professionals to join a fast-growing team. This is a high-energy role with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for career advancement.

What You'll Do

• Make 150-250 outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
• Educate clients on products and services, manage the full sales cycle, and close deals.
• Build strong client relationships and consistently hit or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in a CRM system.

What We're Looking For

• Strong rapport-building and phone communication skills.
• Proven sales experience with negotiation and closing success.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, telesales, or related fields preferred.
